Beaches of Bali One thing I didn't do in Bali was surf. It was more about photography this trip. Bali is known for some of the best waves in the world so I'll have to surf next time. People actually surf here where I took this photo. There is a break right in the foreground and also one right behind me. Not a lot of room but still a ridable wave. See this photo at AlikGriffin.com
Torii of the Yutoku Inari Shrine If you ever Visit the Yutoku Inari Shrine in Japan you can hike up the mountain it's built up. You pass through many of these structures on the way to the top where you'll find an incredible view. See more about my photography at http://alikgriffin.com
Sunset at Solana Beach California This is my old surf spot back when I lived in San Diego. This area is kind of a secret spot known as Cherry Hill. It's right behind Frogs Gym in Solana Beach. Miyajima is a small island off the coast of Hiroshima. The island is almost entirely a spiritual place where you see a mix of Buddhist and Shinto Temples and Shrines. But the island also has a small market place filled with cool authentic traditional Japanese shops.
